Oregano for Common Cold:- We told you earlier that Oregano is loaded with antioxidant and antiseptic properties which make oregano an excellent treatment for the common cold and other infections and for that you just need to add three drops of oregano oil to a glass of orange juice and drink once every day for up to five days until your symptoms are gone and you can use it to prevent colds too when you see weather changing and oregano tea two or three times a day for symptom relief can be used.
