Now we will take richest moonlight blue shimmer eye shadow and we will start blending it with black Kajal and we will blend it all over the lid, it will create a dark royal blue shimmer look, now we will take the richest and the shiniest smoky moonlight shimmer you have and apply on the crease and blend well over the crease and a bit over too, now we will take the same shade with angel brush and apply some under the lower lash line too and blend it with Kajal too and create a smooth V at the outer corner of your eyes, apply rich highlighter on the brow bone and on the inner corner of your eyes and finish the look with mascara.
