All-purpose flour, (2-2/3 cups)
Baking soda, one tablespoon
Table salt, a pinch
Butter, 1 cup
Eggs, 2 large

Before starting with dough you need to set a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 350°F. and now you need to take a bowl and whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar in it and keep blending, now use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix butter and 1-1/2 cups of the sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy and then take a rubber spatula and beat the eggs until thoroughly combined now mix combination of flour on the low speed for another 30 seconds.

Peanut Butter CookiesNow take a wide bowl and mix cinnamon and remaining sugar and now take a spoon and start dropping the dough into the cinnamon sugar and roll around to coat, you can move the bowl to cover the dough and then place the coated balls of dough over the sheet, but give a 3 inches space to all of the bowls and now bake them until they get golden brown on the edges and slightly soft in the center, it will take 15 minutes I guess and then let the cookies cool on the sheet for 1 minute and then transfer them on the rack to cool, and then serve the yummiest 1-3/4 cups with milk  and you can store them in a cool and air tight jar.
