The cheesecake we are about to make today is very simple and very easy, you just need one hour of cooking and you need 30 minutes of preparation and you will done, I don’t use too many things in it to make it complicated, it’s pretty simple and very yummy, luxuriously creamy and moist and the best ting about this cake is, you will simple fell in love with it, I can bet.
Simple Cheesecake Recipe
15 graham crackers, finally crushed,
Two tablespoons melted butter,
4 packs of cream cheese,
One and half cups of white sugar,
3/4 cup milk,
Four large eggs
One cup sour cream,
One tablespoon vanilla extract,
1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
Now we will start our cake:- We will start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and then we will spray grease a 9 inch springform pan… now we will take a medium bowl and start mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, you can use your hands if you have to and make a perfectly smooth mixture and then pour it in the pan and press it in the bottom of springform pan and pres with your hands.
Now we will take large electric mixture and add cream cheese with sugar and start mixing for 4 minutes or until it becomes smooth, then we will add milk in it and then we will add eggs one at a time and let the mixture run and then add sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth and then we will pour the liquid in the pan and we will put it in the preheated oven for almost 1 hour and then we will turn the oven off and let the cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours, and that will help your cake to deal with cracking and then put it in the refrigerator until serving and your cake is ready, I normally don’t serve anything with that, but if you want to then I can make cranberry sauce with that.
CRANBERRY SAUCE:- Ingredients:
One cup water, white sugar, one pack of fresh cranberries, one peeled and pureed orange, one chopped apple, one washed, peeled and finally chopped pear, one cup of chopped dried mixed fruit, one cup of chopped pecans, salt, cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
You just need to put a medium saucepan on the fire, boil water and sugar until the sugar dissolves and then slow down the heat and let it simmer and then stir in cranberries, pureed orange, apple, pear, dried fruit, pecans, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cover the pan and let it simmer for 30 minutes, you can keep an eye on it though, you need to cook it until the cranberries burst, then remove from heat and let it cool down at room temperature, you can actually store it in this beautiful festival season.
